We adhere to the Instructional Design model of learning. Solid instructional design is the
foundation of each training program we develop. This strategic approach to the design
and development of instruction is required for long lasting, effective training initiatives
that align to our clients' organizational and developmental goals. Let's break down our
process to three main areas: Design, Develop, Evaluate and Deploy.
Design: We work with your Subject Matter Expert (SME) or find a SME for you to determine
the criteria and objectives for training. Storyboards are created that depict the flow of the
content throughout the training. Graphics and video are discussed, which visually illustrate
learning points.
Develop: The training content is created and assembled. Video/Audio/Graphical content is
recorded by either our host or your SME to deliver course content, that helps learners
understand graphical representations.
Evaluate and Deploy: Outstanding modifications are made to course content, graphics or
audio. Final quality control is executed. Lastly, the project is released to learners in the
most effective method available.
